In answer to our growing business needs, we are looking to fill in several positions at our call centres located in Montreal. Our customer service call centre is opened 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and serves the whole of North America.

Responsiblities:

The tasks of the Beauty Advisor consist of:

  • Answering incoming calls from our North American customers;
  • Filling in customers’ orders including sales;

  • Providing customers with information on their account and products;

  • Processing claims and complaints

  • Full time position : 30-37,5 h/week


  • Requirements:

  • High school diploma;
  • 2 years experience in sales and/or customer service (important);

  • 6 months experience in a call centre (an asset);

  • Available to work from 12:00 (noon) to midnight 3 to 5 days a week (different shifts are available);

  • Available minimum 30 h/week or/and more

  • Bilingualism is mandatory (French and English), Spanish or Russian an asset;

  • Using all available tools and resources effectively (computer and Internet).
