Provide a positive experience to existing customers and potential customers to strengthen IKEA’s position as the best home furnishing store

Starting date : November 12

Responsabilities

  • Offer a professional and courteous phone service.
  • Primarily calling existing IKEA customers for internet orders while attempting to bring up the number of sales by offering customer various add on products.
  • Calling outbound in order to bring new business from both residential and business customers.
  • Completing daily tracking reports in excel.
  • Taking inbound phone orders and reservations when needed.
  • Any other relevant tasks related to the department and assigned by a manager.



  • Requirements

  • Bilingual (French and English)
  • Initiative, proactive and positive attitude
  • Excellent verbal communication skills

  • Work well independently and within a team
  • Flexible and autonomous
  • Knowledge of computer (Excel and Word)
  • Sense of urgency
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Interest in home furnishings
  • Outbound calling experience 1 year or more


  • Availability

  • Days, nights and weekends.
