Provide a positive experience to existing customers and potential customers to strengthen IKEA’s position as the best home furnishing store
Starting date : November 12
Responsabilities
Offer a professional and courteous phone service.Primarily calling existing IKEA customers for internet orders while attempting to bring up the number of sales by offering customer various add on products.Calling outbound in order to bring new business from both residential and business customers.Completing daily tracking reports in excel.Taking inbound phone orders and reservations when needed.Any other relevant tasks related to the department and assigned by a manager.
Requirements
Bilingual (French and English)Initiative, proactive and positive attitudeExcellent verbal communication skills
Work well independently and within a teamFlexible and autonomousKnowledge of computer (Excel and Word)Sense of urgencyAttention to detailStrong organizational skillsInterest in home furnishingsOutbound calling experience 1 year or more
Availability
Days, nights and weekends.
