Gexel Telecom has presently 4 sites in Quebec & 1 in France to respond effectively to our customers needs. At the moment, we have a staff of over 650 carefully recruited agents.
In the heart of Old Montreal, about 2 minutes away from Place dArmes metro, Gexel is seeking to hire hard working and motivated individuals that have a passion for customer service.
 Your responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls
Diagnose and resolve technical issues
Identify the clients needs
Promote various products and services
Act as a consultant to our clients
We offer:
Base salary of 14$/hour

We are looking for candidates that have:
High school diploma or equivalent
Bilingual (French and English)
Experience in customer service (asset)
Very good computer skills
Great communication ability
Expertise of the following protocols: TCP/IP, architectural network. DOS and Apple Talk
Available from Monday to Sunday from 7am to midnight.
