| Description |
Position description:
The cellular telephone agent is responsible for users assistance and to give all relevant information on offered products and services. He/she assists users on various subjects and, if needed, he/she redirects phone calls to the appropriate department at our client. The agent is responsible in updating customer's files and following established procedures for solving customers inquiries. He/she helps customer's resolve their technical problem as well as promote and/or sell cellular products and services for every call. He/she also ensures a high quality service level in accordance with established processes and procedures.
Qualifications:
Available full time with no restrictions for the complete duration of the training then work a minimum of 20 hrs/wk based on your school schedule High school degree Bilingual French & English 3.5/5 Typing Speed: 25 words/minute Customer oriented Good interpersonal communication skills Result and sales oriented Have problem solving skills Apply procedures rigorously Time management skills Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Excel, Word, Outlook and Internet |
