Customer Service Representative – Financial Services
Position: permanent full-time
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm (37.5hrs)
Requirements:
Required - Minimum 5 years of accounting and financial experience (RRSP, mutual funds, financial services).Excellent knowledge of financial programs and systems. Knowledge of the financial product and service offerings.Bilingual (French, English) spoken and written. Showing diplomacy when dealing with the Customer.Strong organizational skills. Resourceful, autonomous and takes initiative.
Education: DEC (business administration)
Location: Montreal
Salary : $35,000 to $40,000 based on experience
Responsibilities:
Report all issues/problems to your immediate supervisor.Strive to find new solutions to problematic issues with Customers. Establish and maintain Customer contact; relationship building. Researching of information to facilitate improvements. Provides requested information to the representatives.Attempt to target the training needs of the representatives.Provide clear and pertinent explanations as required. Provide useful and pertinent tools, facilitating the comprehension and the effectiveness of the employees.
