Our Service Representatives are customer service-oriented individuals who enjoy meeting challenging goals. You would be working in our inbound contact centre receiving calls from our RBC clients. Your responsibility is to assist our clients with their financial needs and resolve their problems in a friendly and helpful manner.
Key Accountabilities:
Respond to inbound client calls, delivering fast and efficient service assisting clients with their immediate financial needs.Resolve problems at first point of contact in a friendly and helpful manner and refer more complex situations to senior officers.Promote products and services based on the individual needs of the client.Adhere to compliance routines in carrying out transactions.
Job Requirements: (Knowledge/ Experience):
Only candidates that are flexible to work a 4 day condensed shift, from 10pm to 8am, between Monday to Sunday will be considered for this opportunity.Previous experience in customer service or sales experience is an asset.Excellent communication skillsStrong communication skills - Bilingualism is essential (French and English)People skills, tact and diplomacy are essentialExcellent organizational skills, ability to demonstrate initiative and capacity to prioritize workload.Strong keyboarding skills, and above average internet/navigation skills.
