 Position description:
Nordia is seeking motivated and enthusiastic customer service agents to service their prepaid cellular customers. Successful candidates will answer customer general inquiries, activate cellular and resolve technical issues. Agents are responsible for updating customer's files and following established procedures for solving customer's inquiries while ensuring a high quality standard of customer service.
Beginning date: Decembre 2008
Requirements:
The selected candidates will have previous customer service experience in addition to:
Excellent communication skills Bilingual English/French Results oriented Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, outlook & Internet) Typing 25 words/minute Good Time Management Skills High School Degree.
Candidates must be available to work between 20 and 32.5 hours a week on variable shifts. Nordia offer an excellent remuneration and incentive package. In addition to this, upon successful completion of 6 months service, you will receive health benefits.
