Bilingual Client Care Representatives
Sapphire Technologies is currently seeking Bilingual Client Care Representatives to provide various services in a customer-focused environment.
Responsibilities:
To effectively respond to all customer inquiries relative to our products, equipment, service & billing;
To promote & sell all products, service & equipment.
Required Skills:
High school diploma;
Strong communication (Proficiency in English and French is essential. Clearly indicate your language proficiency on your resume);
Excellent customer services skills;
Strong computer knowledge: Windows, Word, Internet Explorer;
Strong ability to work in an environment that is constantly changing.
