Sapphire Technologies is currently seeking Bilingual Client Care Representatives to provide various services in a customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities:

• To effectively respond to all customer inquiries relative to our products, equipment, service & billing;
• To promote & sell all products, service & equipment.

Required Skills:

• High school diploma;
• Strong communication (Proficiency in English and French is essential. Clearly indicate your language proficiency on your resume);
• Excellent customer services skills;
• Strong computer knowledge: Windows, Word, Internet Explorer;
• Strong ability to work in an environment that is constantly changing.

Other Information:

• Permanent position with benefits ;
