Start Date: Immediate
Status: PT / Permanent
Availability: Sunday – Saturday- Days, nights and weekend
Your Mission:
Optimize the after sales service and development of your business area to strengthen IKEA’s position as the best home furnishing store in your local market
Responsibilities:
Accept incoming calls from customers and respond to in a timely, polite and helpful manner.Maintain sales and phone etiquette standards.Resolve customer issues in an accurate and timely manner by collecting pertinent information, informing customer of options and finding an acceptable solution.Assist and work closely with the stores on case files (decision making, sharing case loads, etc.)Use available resources to educate yourself on products, services and customer interaction techniques.Maintain customer service phone etiquette standards.Work to retain the customer’s business while maintaining IKEA’s brand image.
Requirements:
Experience in customer service, ideally in the retail business.You have excellent verbal communication skills both in French and English (good listening and courtesy skills).You are known for your autonomy, capacity to take responsibilities and adaptability.Strong ability in customer service, you can analyze, process and resolve problemsKnowledge of the MS Office suiteYou are available days, nights and weekends (flexible schedules)
