Position Purpose:

CAREER OPPORTUNITY - PERMANENT

As a Customer service representative who enjoys meeting challenging goals, you will handle client calls from our Inbound contact centre. You will assist clients with their financial needs – resolving their problems in a friendly and helpful way and showcasing your superb way with people.

Work Schedule:

Variety of shifts Monday to Sunday between 6 am to midnight (37.5/week)

Job Requirements: (Knowledge/ Experience):

Fluently bilingual (French-English), you are willing to work a variety of shifts from Monday to Sunday bewteen 6 am to midnight. We offer full-time (37.5 hours/week) shifts, competitive salary, personal rewards programs, a variety of flexible benefit and career development programs.

High School Diploma / GED
