Position description:
Nordia is seeking motivated and enthusiastic customer service agents to service their clients for ticketing services. Successful candidates will:
Answer inbound service calls & e-mails from customersAnswer inbound sales / emails from customers about tickets
Answer general calls regarding the events Make use of problem solving/decision making skills to achieve the highest level of customer satisfactionMaintain and improve customer/client relationsHandle customer complaintsData EntryOther related tasks
Requirements:
The selected candidates will have 2 years of customer service and/or Call Center experience in addition to:
Excellent verbal, written communication and telephone skills Bilingual English/French written and spokenVery high degree of resourcefulness Operating knowledge of PC, Internet Explorer and Microsoft Office suiteGood problem solving/decision making skills and time management skills Collegial Diploma or equivalentEffective interpersonal skills, demonstrated affinity for building and maintaining rapport with clients and team membersService oriented, customer service background preferred Ability to perform in a fast paced environment and be very adaptable to change
Candidates must be available to work between 20 and 40 hours a week on variable shifts including evenings and weekends. Nordia offer an excellent remuneration and incentive package. In addition to this, upon successful completion of 6 months service, you will receive health benefits.
