Provide exceptional service for our clients who prefer to use our direct channels (phone or Internet) Retain and expand the profitable business of customers Provide excellent service to achieve growth, service and profitability objectives Ensure timely and effective resolution of any customer request
Knowledge and skills :
Bilingualism (French and English) Post secondary education or willingness to pursue continuous learning opportunities Excellent customer service skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent telephone, keyboarding, computer and Internet skills
